I've known at least 3 friends who got out of that hellhole for being abused...

It has a bad research culture, poor teaching, unhappy students and a high dropout rate.

I know loads of UWE students through the UWE gliding club, which flies at my gliding club. They all seem really nice etc. etc.

According to the Times Good University Guide, London South Bank is the worst, then Thames Valley. UWE is ranked 65th out of 113 - hardly the worst in the country.
