Why do tragedies bring people & family together such as death, drug abuse intervention, etc.?

  1. When you look at thing too closely, often you cannot tell the meaning of that thing. But if you look it from far then you will see the big picture.

    When you're too close with someone, you often don't feel the neediness much cos that person is there all the time. When the person is gone, you will then feel lonely and needy.

    It's human nature but you can realise it much earlier.


  2. Because that is the time when families pull together, and realize that they need each other to lean on, and to help keep each other strong!

  4. Gary Smalley, the marriage expert, says that little tragedies have a way of unifying the family. The dynamic has something to do with surviving the disaster together.  

  5. Because in times of great pearil we know that it could be the end and we want to hold on, with drugs and pain we want that person to be happy and not feel the hurt , because family can feel that pain of one another, and it is strong
