because you are using their service...just like in real life, you always have to pay and nothing is free. only in this case, its points not cash.

it restricts people from asking silly questions and makes them feel that the more one asks the more is the possibility of one being a duffer!!! But really if they want us to know, then we have to ask also. This rule is ridiculous!

thats the rules made and we should get along with it...actually...its like this...if u keep earning money and u get all the things that u want absolutely free..wt wud be the necessity for u to be educated,working & earning??? hope u gt the point...u need to earn to spend orelse u'll become lazy...
