  1. True..we stand apart on issues. Its worse today because there isn'tt anyone willing in Government to crack the whip. Train Companies should be fined for not running to time and breakdowns...then they would begin to listen. We should have a Government body a 'Transport  Ombudsman' who could look into complaints and take matters to task.


  2. Same as here, the reality is, we can only do anything through our elected representatives.

    Working together by convincing your elected representatives is the only option open to you, I doubt the railraods want people picking up a spike maul or shovel and going to work.

    We have to convince them that lots of ordinary voting people ride trains every day and would ride more if they had the option.

    Unfortunately, most politicians aren't the everyday average Joes on the trains and dont always see the obvious.

  3. Good question. We moan about them because we forever are wanting things to be better them we are prepared to make them.
