  1. BUY A FRONT LOADER!!!!

WELL WORTH THE EXTRA MONEY AND YOU SAVE IN THE LONG RUN.

see front loaders turn both ways so if things are starting to ball up then they wont because the machine will stop and tumble the other way therefore releasing the clothes to flow freely. they also have anti tangle cycles so at the end the machine turns and releases the clothes.

  2. the way you load it makes a difference.

when you put your clothes in... don't lay them around the agitator... instead drop them in straight down.

  3. the spin cycle is going to fast

  4. To avoid getting your clothes all twisted , put your clothes into a cotton drawstring bag and put into the washer. Your clothes will stay put inside the bag and get the same kind of clean.

  5. try washing big items i.e. sheets...seperately from smaller items. also fewer items per load will tangle less.

  6. My machine did that too .. i mean it still does it, to avoid that you have to put in the clothes in such a way that clothes ( like bra straps, full shirt sleeves etc. ) do not wrap around the agitator (the rodlike part in the washer that spins) .. It still does twist the clothes a little but much better than having to pull them apart after the wash cycle !

  7. Do you have one of those newfangled HE type machines without an agitator? I bought a set and they did that plus left streaks of lint all over them so if you hung your clothes to dry they were crinkled up, linty, disasters.Which blows if you hang dry a lot of clothes and I do. Not to mention the moldy smell that started before the first year was up. I sent mine back and bought a set with an agitator. Been happy ever since.

  8. to drain the water

  9. It twists and mangles them to get all the water out. Yea it sucks but they are machines, and they have limitations. sorry I don't blame you!
