I THINK THAT people use the term 'i think that' (hahahahaha lol) because its a way of manifesting your thoughts into reality. What i mean by the term 'manifesting' is when something abstract (which is in your head, not a real event or thing) is turned into speech, so people tend to use the term 'I think that'...... Its a way of turning a thought into speech. You do not necessarily have to agree with that person, but what the intention is, is to listen to that person's thought, thats all there is to it.... People allways say "I think that" Because they only think and do not 100% Know.

People should say "I know that" It seems more strong to me, Don't you think? hahaha
