  1. It's difficult for many of us to appear vulnerable.


  2. because of fear. we hold ourselves back,our conscience always reminding us.its about getting in a rut.but what you said,its about getting out of the rut.

    I think you are under a false assumption that all situations are the same as all other situations. Everybody and event can be different. God blessed me with common sense to shut up some times, and arrogance to not some times. Usually, for me, my arrogance isn't liberating.

  7. Emotions do not liberate us.  Clarity and enlightenment do liberate us.  The external never has the answers which lead to true happiness, joy, understanding, clarity, love, appreciation, or compassion.

  8. Sometimes declaring emotions can destroy us.

  9. Because it causes anxiety, so our human brains try to repress those feelings as a defense mechanism. Do a search on Freud and Defense Mechanism on wikipedia. You will find answers.
