I'm typing up my college paper and I have to answer this question in 150 words or more, "Why do we dislike change?" and I have some reasons but I only have 92 words. Could you please give me some more reasons. I have so far: Change is unpredictable and terrifying, change takes work and time and we don't feel like putting forth the effort, people want to know what to expect at all times, and we like to stick to the status quo and have the usual and familiar all of the time. Can you think of any more? I would really appreciate it! Thanks in advance!!

  1. a lot of changes will cost some un front money and most folks are not willing to fork it over!!!

  2. I believe there're actually studies done that shows repetition creates pathways in the brain that get stronger the more they're used. That's why habits are so hard to break. You're going against an ingrained neural pathway.

  3. People are afraid of the possible outcome.

They want to keep it the way it is like others have before.

lol I can't really think of anything!!

I vote for change, go Obama.
