Why do we fall inlove? Is it all about chemistry or do you there there is a deeper, spiritual meaning?

And I don't mean that kind of love where you divorce two years later and can barely remember the persons name! I mean that kind of love where you end up thinking about the person for the rest of your life. (I am sure we all have one of those...) Where you love them through your life...

oh! love is neither physical nor spiritual.it is mental.love b'ween brothers&sisters,parents,friends,love with objects,love towards fine arts etcc..is not the present context probably.-love b'ween two persons particularly with opp.s*x is only due to horoscopical reasons-.horoscope is one like genes in our blood.some's love lasts for many years,some life long &some only few years.if the 2,5,11 houses have link with 2,5,11 houses of the other then there will be everlasting love between them.by chance 6 and 12 houses have also link to the above houses then love gets broken.the dasa periods and sub lords tell the timings and nature and also who wil break it and for what reasons.if linkage operates love suddenly springs up at that dasa-bhukti-antara,-it is not difficult to know or predict how and when this happens and with whom out of many .--if 7 also operates then legal bondage would be there b'ween them.2=mind,5=love,11=desire full fillment,7=bondage,6=seperation,12=disag... should know first the differences between attraction,lust love etc..

some for money, security

some b/c they know they can control the person

some b/c they genuinely feel a deeper layer of connection...

what it's really about is a very intimate friendship

I think it's just chemistry, no mysticism for me...you can feel there's something more, feel it is so deep...but it's just reactions on your brain, the same in "loving someone forever"...we idealize that certain feeling/love/person...it is just an image on our heads, what it meant for you...but it's not love, at least I think so. It's more about nostalgia, than love...you think of that person and smile, with affection. Love for my it's a different thing...and both feelings are chemistry.

When we Fall in Love, with the person, you chose as your one and only is because you felt a deep attraction to the person, and a lot of emotions churn inside you, that sometimes if you do not see him for Days you feel like Dying.So, I think that when we fall in Love it is because it was meant to be.

When I saw my Husband for the first time, I felt like my Heart would burst, and felt also that if I did not get his attention I would lose him forever, so I just walked up to him and said that he looked like some one, I knew, and from then on we became friends then Boyfriend/Girlfriend, and we have never felt any different since that long ago day we met, which was 51 Years ago we recently celebrated our Golden Anniversary and could never be happier with each other.

I think it's both. Chemistry because you feel like that person is the only one you are "really" comfortable being with (butterfly  in the stomach effect kinda) and spiritual (some biblical verse I can't remember :P, but also, you have to be patient, to be with the person no matter what :)).
