  1. when you spin around you get dizzy cuz of the fluids in your ears that help you maintain equilibrium (which is also why flash bangs make you dizzy) you get sick because your insides (organs, fluids, wastes) are also spinning around, which as you can prolly imagine is not a good thing...

  2. You need to learn about "spotting".  This is a dance technique where you focus your eyes on a fixed spot on the wall, etc, and whip the head around so that you are always looking at the spot while you turn.  Watch any professional ballet dancer turning, and you'll see how they do it.  It does take practice tho' - good luck!

  3. there are fluids in your head when you spin those fluids also spin whe you stop the fluids keep going kind of like when you spin water with a spoon in a glass after you stop the water keeps going for a while.

this is the simplest ikind put it.

  4. our equilibrium is off. same reason you get car sick or motion sickness

  5. well...first off, equillibrium has something to do with your inner ear, which basically means it controls your balance. and yes..that might be off, but..its like when u cant really focus on something and everything is moving so fast, thats why u get sick, and it might have something to do with wat time u eat, because if i eat within 30min of a lesson then do a lot of spins, my stomach isnt a happy camper, so that might also have somethin to do with it 2.
