  1. It could be several things, the most common is being unhealthy.

  2. when you eat to much fatty foods and acids or even smoke youre artirys get blocked up with all the gunk so the blood and cells can not reach the heart so it has nothing to pump and goes into a panic booming state

  3. Eating too much saturated fat causes LDL ( Bad cholesterol) to build up along the artery wall thus making them narrower over time, this decreases the blood flow to the heart. When the blood flow to the heart is interrupted it causes a heart attack. This is the similar process leading to a stroke only in that case the blood flow to the brain is interrupted.

  4. when you eat bad cholesterol, LDL, from fatty foods like donuts, meats, stuff like that it builds plaque in your arteries.  When there is a blockage the plaque bursts open and your thrombocytes try and seal up the hole. eventually there is too much plaque which causes a blockage leading to a heart attack

  5. Fat and cholesterol cause plaque the  block the blood to the heart muscular

  6. greasy foods and food high in cholestrol can lead up to have your arteries clogged which then causes you to have a heart attack.

  7. cheese

  8. Heart attacks are caused when there is an insufficient supply of oxygen to the muscle cells of the heart. This is primarily caused by perhaps a blockage of the coronary arteries. The blockage consists of a hard substance called plaques. These form when there is damage to the artery walls. When there is damage to artery, an inflammatory reponse occurs where white blood cells accumalate at the site of damage. Calcified salts from within the blood stick to the mass of white blood cells (atheroma) and cause the mass to become hard (sclerosis) - atherosclerosis. This large, hardened mass within the artery restricts blood flow because the lumen is now more narrow. This not only decreases blood flow but increases blood pressure. The increased blood pressure causes more plauque to be released into the blood which consequently stick to the atheroma. The more plaque the higgher the blood pressure - this is called  a positive feedback.

If this happens in the coronary artery, it causes a heartattack because the muscle cells start to die within the heart (the heart is a muscle). The excruciating, crushing pain in the chest is because of the dying cells. You may find it hard to breath because you're body is forcing you to oxygenate your blood - the faster you breath the more oxygen is in your blood which could try and eleveate the pain by oxygenating the cells.

Heartattcks are more common in obese people because of the increased levle of HDL's (high density lipo-proteins) in the blood. This combined with a generally bad diet or excercise routine can cause the body to become extremely strained in simple tasks, putting more and more pressure on the body and it's functions.

Eat well and excercise, cause well, lets face it, no one likes a fatty.

    Lol.
