Why do we have deja vu's around certain people ?

ive had this dream about 2 years ago and a couple more months before i met him and when i met for the 1st time and after that it kept on happening everytime we met, and this went on for a year until he left. Why do these things happen when you meet someone ?

ever heard of outer body experience/ its when our soul or spirit leaves are body when we sleep..ever had a flying dream? it could be on airplane or some kind of animal..But are spirts travel to the spirit world where they can go back from your past or even to looked in thru ur future..Thats why when we wake up we remember doing something like this before or meeting people or places you remember being in..we call it deja vu..so you guys could of met in another time.
