  1. Just because that if you look closely at your legs and body you'll see tiny holes called sweat holes,  (i think) and hormones in your body think these are bad because they are letting out good cells out of our body but they also let out dead skin so hair is used to block them up but theres a whole lot more on your head than it your body.


  2. Hi, i answered your other question about women and talking, and i think they're good by the way. I have heard that there are lots of reasons we have hair on our heads. One reason, is that we loose up to 30% of our body heat through our heads alone as it is. Imagine how much more that would be without an insulating layer of hair. It also stops us from getting sunburn on our heads, as they would have been exposed to the sun all day in the times of prehistoric man. It also makes us less visible to predators in the air, as our head perspires, and the sweat makes it reflective (thats why army guys smear mud on their faces) Those are the reasons that I heard anyway.

  3. So we don't get a sun burned head, it's as simple as that.

  4. Well i know the hair is to protect an area so i would think it's to protect the most important part of our body, the brain.
