Why do we have so many questions about our bodies, when our brain 'knows' evry part and every function?

But 'we' our concious side of us only knows what weve been taught. Thats somthing to think about

  1. Most of the processes in our bodies are innate and autonomous, so we don't need to think about them at the conscious level.

    And, if we do happen to question a specific function, we quickly realize how little we do know about the inner workings of our complex gene machine.
