Isn't that a form of discrimination, just like asking my age, race or religion?

What if I don't know which party until I see who is running?

  1. Its according to what state it is and just in the primaries.

  2. You don't. You only need to declare a political party in SOME primary elections. Select "independent" or "decline to state" if you don't want to be a member of a political party.

  3. You only need to declare a party to vote for candidates in a primary election.   Those elections are not official and are not run by the government, they are run by the party in that state as a means to choose who they will support in the general election.

  4. You are confusing the Primaries with The General Election.  In the General Election you do not need to have a party affiliation only if you wish to have a voice in  the nominee of your party do you need to have a party affiliation.  Exceptions to this rule are Democrats in Florida and Michigan who have no say in who their Party's nominee will be.

I knew the Crats didn't like Florida because we did not let the Gorinch steal the state in 2000 but I thought it was Ohio not Michigan that sank Kerry's Luxury Liner.

  5. you only have to declare a party in the primaries and only if your state has that rule. In the general election you don't declare anything.

  6. It's big brother information gathering, regardless of being in the Primaries.

  7. In the state of Washington, the Democratic party asks that you pledge not to work for another party in order to participate in their caucus to help select the Democratic presidential candidate.

After I learned more about Hillary and Barack (and how hawkish they are), I decided to work for Ralph Nader. You see, he is an independent candidate for president and does not have a party, per se.

Vote for the candidate of your choice and do not listen to US media who will marginalize the best candidate and then ignore them. Mass media has their own agenda at heart, not yours.

  8. Tell them this Don't Hate Change Change Hate Vote 4 OBAMA in 08 This was a public service announcement sponsored by the DNC. I am Barack Obama and I approve of this message. Im rich biaotch....why thank you
