Why do we have to wait for Oscar/Mayweather to see Mayweather/Cotto?

What are your feelings about these to trying to run the boxing world and maybe we should boycott it all together so we can get the fight of the decade.

De la hoya vs Mayweather rematch is c**p,

Most REAL boxing fans wont waste there time

or money on that fight because it will be a repheat of the first.

Seeing Mayweather-Cotto is definitely not worth boycotting. I think it would be an overhyped matchup. There are too many of underrated and appreciated matchups being made, that doesn't even involve Mayweather, so there's no need for boycotting boxing.

As for waiting, Mayweather is simply waiting for Miguel Cotto to become a bigger name, so that it can draw a bigger want to see the fight, as well as a bigger fight purse. Right now, Mayweather fighting Oscar is seemingly the bigger money draw over him fighting Cotto.

i wouldnt boycott anything to watch mayweather, i think a de la hoya - cotto fight would be a better fight.
