Because people love any type of entertainment! Wrestling is one of the peoples favorite because it's like episodes of a drama series plus wrestling, but they're only faking it so that they make their audience more interested otherwise... it would have been a episodes of a drama series without the wrestling! .... :)

It beats watching people beat on each other in real life. You know that most of these guys are in it for a name, or for the money. It's interesting to see how they sell matches with blading, selling, over-selling, talk and hype.
