Why do we need Bars late at night & in to the Mornings?

many peaple have time after hours or before ahours{walking hours} to go there!

And otherthing is that bars are not for every one! {teens} so to avoid teens visiting bars that can be also one of the reason it run late!

an other reason is that many peaple do not like to see them going to place like pornographic stores, bars and so late night many peaple will go without exiteting that can be also a reason!
