  1. Because when life is going great we don't really take the time to realize that life is great and we forgett to thank God.  When life isn't doing too good then we resort to realizing our problems and whats wrong.  Its kind of an eye opener.

  2. because people is dommi some times  they know what they have untill they see that it is gone!!!!!!!!!

  3. It takes the big events to light a fire in us unfortunately.  It's mostly due to selfishness.

  4. Hello G.

Well,  people live very fast lives and we only really have our own interests and concerns on our minds day by day.

Nothing much in common with our neighbor..

    Until...

a disaster happens.   People lose their homes,  all their possessions,  some lose family members or friends...  but that is what we then have in common.   We are all in the same predicament and all at the same time.  We begin to reach out to anyone there is to reach out to.  Neighbors we have known but not really associated with...  strangers...  even people we may have disliked or argued with in the past.   None of that matters in the face of disaster.   All those factors are forgotten and forgiven in times of great catastrohe and need.     It is then we see that we do have compassion for one another...

It's a pity  we do not live our lives like that every day.

    Thanks for reading.

  5. Not sure... its about a feature of human psychology and I'm NOT a disciple of Sigmund Fraud ... However

Given something like a "SHOCK & AWE" event, it somehow makes minds suseptable to propaganda and thats a bad thing!
