Why do we need to choose fishes that scales are full and shiny?

You need to choose fish that are shiny because that means that they are healthy. When the scales are dull it means it may be ill.

This also relates to humans.  When we are sick our skin tone is off and our eyes are dull.

Get a Healthy fish!!!
