  1. If u mean like the polar bear ,we donut. The polar bear  is one of the meanest animals on the face of the earth.

  2. only the strong survive

  3. Very simply because they were here before us and when you take a link out of the chain it weakens the whole chain :)

  4. We lost the dinosaurs by not protecting them. We don't want to loose any more cool things.

  5. so that we have enough of them to eat

  6. Because some way or another every living thing lives of each other and if one of those is gone for good, then another, then another, eventually we will have nothing to live off of.

  7. It doesn't matter if they are mean or not, it the freakin circle of life! Our endangered species are constantly dying out, so why won't that eventually happen to everyday animals like squirrels, or birds.

  8. All species have intrinsic value and the impact of loosing just one species can have an impact on the whole environment. For instance, wiping out the prairie dogs in the Midwest resulted in almost loosing the black footed ferret also.

Edit: to those above me, animals are not "mean" this is an act of malice or will. only humans are capable of this. Animals might kill or Mamie people but that is usually because we have done something wrong. Dogs attack people when they are poorly trained. polar bears attack people because their food source is dwindling and we are invading there environment. The big 7 in Africa attack people when they get to close. It is not like the school bully doing this for fun it is simply instinct and humans get in the way. Deal with it.

  9. Theres not really a reoson for that question, different people have different oppinions.

  10. We do not "need" to protect endangered species. We need to protect the environment in which they live with the direct result being the survival of those species that need that environment. Preserving a specie that is becoming extent is not cost effective nor does it serve a real purpose because the environment for its survival is not there.

There have been millions of species, in the wild, that have vanished. Mankind is not friendly to their environment in one form or another.

For it is written: Genesis 2:20 So Adam gave names to all cattle, to the birds of the air, and to every beast of the field. But for Adam there was not found a helper comparable to him.....This is now bone of my bones and flesh of my flesh

Adam chose a human and that's why People are in the upper end of the food chain, so anything below that is expendable. The human must survive always, period. If Adam had picked a beast then we'd have to "protect" all beast at any expense. But Adam did not he chose another human and called her woman.

  11. We need to protect endangered species , even if they are mean. We do not know the ecological implications of letting an endangered species go extinct. All life is intertwined, and one missing part can harm the whole system.
