  1. Well its good save yourself some money isnt? if anything there is more water due to melting ice caps. Believe it or not tho drinkable water isnt all over the place. We have resevoirs with fresh drinkable water which need to be full to give to the public. if they get low we wont have much water in our taps.

  2. I've always wondered that probably because we keep have hot summers water levels get low,

  3. It would be important to save water in those areas experiencing drought conditions and the available water supply is limited.

Otherwise, you are correct, there is the same amount of water on the earth.  It's just in amounts in different areas.

  4. because superman wont do it for us.....hehe jj. to me i think its because of the increasing population around the world. simple but true. hope this helps :)

  5. it is getting decreased every time thou... our posterity will not be secured if we dont start now

  6. We need to save water because we are using quite a bit of it. Water Desalinazation (Taking water from the sea and de-salting it) Cost to much to really consider at the moment (Although they are doing that in iraq)

  7. GLOBAL WARMING

  8. no, that isn't true, lot's of water is polluted. Also people use more water then 50 years ago. Only a small percentage of water is drinkable, less then 1%. The others are more then 90% in the sea's (not drinkable) and others are in the ice of the artics and the high mountains. (english not so good)

There are also lot's of companies that know you can make lot's of profit with water, because everyone need it. The Palestinian people vs the Jews, are having trouble dividing there water. Just do some serach on the internet and you find lot's more.

Like: 1/6 of the population of the world doesn't have (good), drinkable water, so every 15 seconds a kid dies because of that.

  9. All the water in the world, is all the water there will ever be in the world. The human population is growing and needs water for drinking and raising crops and animals as well as for many other purposes. The larger the population the larger the need.

  10. Yes, but only about 2.5% is fresh water.

  11. It isn't a matter of how much water is on the whole earth. Conserving water in your area is important, especially if you live in a desert climate. Who would want a lake to dry out in 100 degree weather?

minimizing water pollution is important to.

Also, if we did use salt water we would be filtering out the salt, which plays a role in controling the temp of the water. If there was a great deal less salt in the oceans, we could have serious consequences with weather.

  12. although 65% of the planet is water, only like a 1/6 (I'M NOT SURE) is fresh water, and we humans can only consume and use fresh water!!!!!

unless we take all the salt out of the water, which is an extremely exspensive ordeal, we must use fresh water

SAVE WATER SAVE WATER SAVE DA PLANET
