  1. Because they are hard to find!

  2. It's not that you can't, it's just that they are not as readily available as chicken eggs. You can also eat duck and quail eggs as well as ostrich and other types of fowl.

  3. turkeys are a larger bird then the standard egg laying chicken, therefore they require a larger amount of food, also they produce less eggs then a chicken.  Due to these 3 reasons it is not cost effective to produce turkey eggs, for general sale, but turkey eggs could be still eaten but the cost would be significantly more

  4. None for sale.

  5. because we need all the turkeys for christmas!

  6. Turkeys don't produce many eggs, and they are all required to meet the demand for live birds.

  7. Turkey eggs aren't normally available for sale because they're not great layers, and those that are laid are used for breeding purposes, NOT eating !

  8. Because turkeys are not as efficient as chickens when it comes to  laying eggs

  9. It is possible that the turkey industry allows full fertilization

because tons ( if not hundreds ) of turkey meat is consumed every day in most every country..

But I bet if you ask a butcher you might find a source

  10. Maybe because most farms farm chickens and not turkeys, could be that turkey farming is a specialists thing.
