Speak for yourself.

My running shoes get run in... a good 400 miles per pair.

I have however asked myself, when walking past some sports shops, why people wear sportswear when it is blatandly obvious by their physique that they don't move off the sofa. I guess they care more about the kit than their health and fitness.

A good pair of running shoes cost just a much as a good pair of walking shoes....you get what you paid for.

My feet and back is important to me and i believe in getting good supportive footwear.

Basically adverisement by association makes you feel good

That's why Nike and others pay so much on adverts
