Why do we pay so much for our home association?

we pay 25 a month but theres absolutely to benefit to this, nothing is being done. where is this money going to.

Well, that should be in your contract.

Snow removable, watering grass, moving grass- normally responsible for fixing the roof, the outside siding and cement if something brakes outside the home or condo.

And up keep of a pool, playground or tennis court if you have one in your area.

If you have open space, most likely some form of liability insurance.  Why not ask the HOA for an accounting of how they spend the money.

go to the next meeting and ask the question and get an answer there. It may be flowers and watering the entrances to the subdivision
