why?

One time I went an ENTIRE 24 hour period without drinking anything, and I only ate dry food, but i had to go to the bathroom 3 times. ( i was doing an experiment).

so.. Why?

We have to urinate to get rid of waste products in the blood.   The kidneys filter out the waste, and these, if left in the blood, would kill us.

Urination is necessary and normal.   You have to have water in your body to be alive, and even if you don't have a fluid intake for a day or two, your kidneys still work to filter the waste out of your blood.

It's not a good idea to deprive yourself of fluids, it's not healthy.
