  1. What goes in must come out not everything we eat has nutritinal value so that is the waste by product p**p

    curtdude

  2. And for those that don't get any of the words mentioned in the post above:

We eat... food gets to intestines... intestines suck up all the good stuff leaving behind waste. Waste gets squeezed out.

  3. The foods we eat are digested into a pasty substance in our stomach.  That product is pushed through our colon by contractions and our body extracts nutrients from the substance.  The rest is waste product and toxins.  Those need to be eliminated by urination, bowel movements, exhaling, and even in our sweat.

  4.           You need to p**p because p**p is unused food.  You don't need it, so it's best to get rid of it. p**p is made of water, dead bacteria, and food we find indigestible. You can't digest fibers, so it comes out as p**p. It’s good though, because it makes it easier for p**p to move through the intestine.

p**p is brown because of bilirubin, a pigment that arises from the break down of red blood cells in the liver and bone marrow. p**p is usually shades of brown or yellow, but you can have black, green, blue, blue-green, or even red p**p! Depending on what you eat.  Don't be surprised if you eat beets and your p**p is kind of red.

  5. When a person eats food, their body can only absorb so much of the nutrients in it, and the rest that isn't absorbed becomes waste, and can be toxic if left in the system for too long... And that's the reason for the ever wonderful act of pooping... :)  that sounds good, p**p break :-D
