We don't see a noticeable difference - the appearance and phase of the moon is practically the same wherever you are on Earth. There is, however, a slight parallax effect - the position of the moon relative to the stars is very slightly different depending on where you are on Earth. In fact, the parallax effect can be (and has been) used to measure the distance from the Earth to the moon.
