  1. i don't, i call it the library, or the school

  2. Great question.  I guess it is just used for the process of doing and being.  Weird, I guess it is just a way to refer to both-before and after it exists.  And the in between stage.  LOL  Maybe Webster couldn't come up with another word or just got lazy and said we will call it this....

Like i wonder why a road is called a road and a driveway is a place to park the car.  :)  They all have a purpose.  No wonder English is such a hard language to learn, huh.

  3. Verb + "ing" sometimes = an adjective.......

sometimes the adjective can be used as a noun

eg. a rich person = the rich

    a cute chick = bonita

so the "building" = the structure that was built.....

  4. Oh wow. What a question!  I think I have just entered into one of those thought processes that just keeps going around...and around...and around......ugh!

  5. uhmm...

    quite intersting question..

but eveni wanna knw the ans..

  6. It is called building because its not finished..even after it is build there is renovation..some modifications etc etc...so it is built all the time..hope tht's fine with u..thanx for the 2 pts...
