  1. We pay them to get guns to start little wars in which, guess what, we'll be drawn too.

And this will never stop, because war is the way the super rich make more money... and the super rich are those who our representatives actually represent, and care for.

  2. We could vote Libertarian.

  3. The State Department budget plus all the foreign aid totals less than $40 billion (which is less than 1.5% of the federal budget.)  President Bush's Fiscal Year 2008 International Affairs Budget for the Department of State, USAID and other foreign affairs agencies totals $36.2 billion.

I think we need to look FIRST at all this "FREE TRADE".

I write MY Senators once a week to complain on various issues... my Representatives seat is open until the election.

  4. getting them to listen is the hard part

  5. Both political parties do this.    We have a government that's out of control, and just views the American public as a bottomless source of money for them to squander.

Look at Haliburton, making billions from the government, and how did they repay this?   By moving their headquarters to Dubai, to be immune from American taxes and laws.     All of their contracts should be revoked immediately, and they should be investigated.

But they are cronies of the current administration.

This is only the tip of the iceberg.     All of the chicanery going on in Washington DC if known, would have all of these crooked, self-serving politicians hanging from lampposts in other countries.

The American people have been sheep, being led to the slaughter for too long, and we're being taxed to death.     Sooner or later the saturation point will be reached, and there will be inevitable change.

It's time to start a voters' revolution, by not reelecting any incumbent politician; they're the ones who've gotten us into this mess and it will be "business as usual," as long as they're in office.

Is there anyone so naive as to think that there's any politician in the United States that sincerely has the welfare of the American taxpayer as their first priority?

It's time to say NO to the government.    It's time to regain a government of, by and for the people.      We have a government of the government, by the government and for the government.

The American people don't matter anymore to the American government.

Noone ever appointed the US government to be the policemen of the world.    We need a government to solve the problems of THIS country, not to try to run the rest of the world.
