Why do we veggies hate meateaters sometimes?

but they don't know pain so email me please i want to know your personal reason so say what you feel like saying saying to them go vegetarian YAY T^T me being proud haha

i don't know of a single meat eater that i hate......everyone that i know in real life is a meat eater, the only veg*ns i know are on this site.

Could it BE, it's because every which way You turn- On the TV, down the Street, a Grocery Store circular- that's there's SOMETHING promoting the sale of Meat ??! You can't escape it! Nobody ever has to ask, "Where's the Beef?" -The Correct question is, Where ISN'T IT ??!  So I can COMPLETELY Understand why Vegans get upset at Us "carnivores" on occasion... OUR "Appitites"- are EVERYWHERE !  :0

Um, I don't hate meat eaters and I don't try to "convert" anyone. It's simply a matter of respect. I do what's right for me, but I don't think that my way is the best way for everyone.

I dont hate meat eaters everyone should be respected for whatever they belive in wether we agree or not.

Yes there can be many rude and disrespectful people out there when you tell them you dont eat meat but i just look at tham as lacking information and if they were well in tune then they wouldnt make fun and start respecting

Because they are rude many times especially in this forum, but ignorance is bliss right? Or maybe they just have too many unnatural animal hormones running through their bodies causing them to be absurdly rude when talking about vegetarianism. But that's not fair to say all meat eaters are evil or judgemental, that's stereotyping and who likes that, not you right?

Most of the vegetarians I've known are huge hypocrites...I definitely have my reasons for frowning down on that lifestyle. But on your question, I think most vegetarians think they're superior to normal diet people just because they don't eat meat. I guess that leads to vegetarians 'hating' meat eaters.

I don't. Most of my friends are meat-eaters. I'm not even a PETA preacher as I feel it's an organization filled to the brim with hypocrites. I'm a spiritual vegetarian who objects to killing of sentient beings for food. My meat-eating friends respect that.

Speak for yourself.  I've been veg*n for over two decades and I don't hate meat eaters.  Some of them are misinformed and some are irritating sometimes, but questions like yours just contribute to those conclusions they jump to.

because meat eaters are often aggressive towards vegetarians. I don't mind someone living their life in whatever stupid way they want, as long as they don't bother me, but pestering me when I don't want to do anything but live my own life is unacceptable. That said, everyone draws their lines--I live in the country and don't mind setting out poison for mice or rats, which unfortunately won't leave you or your house alone no matter how much you tell them to leave. I don't mind swatting flies either, but I'll pick up a stray bee and let it go outside or chase a confused bird off my porch. It's all about respect--leave me alone and I won't bother you, whether I agree with you or not. Be a pain in the butt for no good reason and I won't like you......

I do not hate meat eaters. I think it would be great if they would stop eating meat. I do not feel that I need to convince any person to stop eating meat. People should quit eating meat when they are ready.

I'm a meat eater and I think nothing of the sort.  My best gal is a Vegan.  We go out to eat all the time. When she tells the server that she is Vegan, he either gets it right away, or tries to accomadate her.  She doesn't look down at me for being a Carnivore and I don't look down at her because she's a Vegan.

Short answer...try making friends with people who accept you as you are.  

If you want to hate me because I like Chicken and Steak then do so.  

Seems kind of hypocritacal for you to try to avoid "pain" for animals but are so willing to inject it into your fellow man.

Accept people for who they are and their choices.
