Well, it's quite simple really.  It's because he's a racist murderer who slaughtered his way into power, and has since econmically, and libertarily ruined the country with his barbaric treatment of those he dictates over.

Double check your facts.  Was the land originally "stolen".  If you consider any colonization stealing land then all land has been stolen, if you go back far enough in time.  There is a question of Rule of Law, which Mugabe, has decided to mean it the Rule of Mugabe.

Here is a corrupt Government (and yes it is corrupt), that decided that all the "White" farm land will go back to the people.  Notice, that most of this farmland is now laying in waste as the people that the Government decided would get the land had no idea what to do with it.  Most of the farms were given as rewards to the assassin squads that roam the country.

Even now the idea of "free" elections is a joke.  Mugabe, has stated that, it's not him but his military that will fight to keep him in power....Does he not control this military ?

It isn't a revenge thing for anything Mugabe did toi "whites".  It is a matter of what Mugabe does to his own people.
