Do theses white spots feel a little bit hard, if they do, they are whats called as, calcium spots, They form when too much calcium is taken in our diets, theses spots can be gently taken out, with warm water with some dettol in it, using a sewing needle dipped into the dettol water beforehand, then afterwards, put some savlon antiseptic cream on the area.
