Why do whitecastle sliders make your farts smell horrendus?

Dude, I had some rotten egg farts all morning today at work...you know, the kind that's all hot coming out the hiney.  When it's hot comin out, you know the stink's gonna permeate good.

Some folks GI tracks react to the steamed onions.  Bacteria in our intestines create this gas when exposed to this or many other cooked veggies like broccoli, cabbage etc.
