Why do women care about what underwear they wear on dates?

Is it really that big of a deal? Do men really look into that on making opinions on women based on what underwear they wear? I would rather wear regular panties and show class, even if it's showing.

there's not much better than seeing a s**y string bikini or thong on a woman at the end of the date...definitely heats things up for me

Because we like to be put together from top to bottom.

It helps us feel more s**y.

Some women dont though, surprisingly...

It's not so much about men seeing their underwear, but I'm sure sure the sexier the underwear, the sexier and more confident a woman feels. we all get nervous on dates, wearing cute underwear helps a woman feel better. doesn't necessarily mean the guy gets to see it though hah.

"Regular panties" aren't classy, it just means you don't care about how you look.  I'd personally like to show that I care and that I've put some work into looking good, not some frumpy grandma.

(a) wearing nice undies helps a gal feel s**y and a bit more confident

(b) in case we get lucky, we'd like wear pretty things

note: nice undies doesn't have to mean they're uncomfortable or hoochie.
