Why do women complain about where are all the great guys at?

they do this, while spending their entire life telling guys that are interested in them no I'm not interested!!!

then they get to the age of 30 32 35, and wish they would of said yes to they man that asked when they were 25.

I hear this a lot too, I'm not the 'nice' guy. I can't speak for all women but in my own personal experience (I've actually investigated it as it seems to come up a lot amongst my 30-something single female friends), it tends to be that they've set the bar so high, being taught that they dont have to compromise, that they've priced themselves out of the market.

'I dont want much, just a guy who is this and this and this and this and this and this and this...'

[I'm a girl ] I shouldn't have to make the first move. I'm not doing that.

The above is theories based on my own personal experience, so I'm not saying it applies to all women.
