  1. Miscarriages can be caused by a number of reasons. The main one is simple -that the egg which has been fertilised simply doesn't develop in the way it should. It isn't any ones fault and you are not to blame in any way. It is simply nature doing its job .Some medical conditions can cause miscarriage also but again it is no ones fault, which is also the case when miscarriage is caused from contracting a virus. It all boils down to the same thing ..the egg/baby doesn't develop.

The only time a mother could have some hand in a miscarriage is if she did something that was to deliberately harm herself in the knowledge that it would in turn harm the baby.

  2. Sporadic, one-time pregnancy losses are usually caused by chromosomal abnormalities in the developing baby.

Two miscarriages in a row qualifies as recurrent miscarriages -- and the cause is less likely to be two random chromosomal errors in a row. After the second loss, most doctors will start the process of testing for recurrent miscarriage causes because the odds are higher that the woman may have a detectable problem causing the losses.

Widely recognized causes of recurrent miscarriages include the following:

Problems with the structure of the uterus

Blood clotting disorders, such as antiphospholipid syndrome

Certain chromosomal conditions, such as balanced translocation

Many doctors feel that low progesterone and other hormonal imbalances may cause recurrent miscarriages.

Stillbirths (losses after the 20th week) and too-early births usually have different causes from earlier miscarriages, although chromosomal errors in the baby can cause stillbirths. The most common causes of stillbirth and very early preterm labor are cervical insufficiency, problems in the placenta, and preterm labor due to medical issues in the mother.

  3. sometimes there is just a problem with the growing of the baby, and the mother's body rejects it. other ways are, the baby being stuck in the fallopian tube and the doctors catch it before the tube actually explodes. sounds unbelievable but it is possible..lol. uhm, there could be something wrong with the mom, severely high blood pressure..alot. i cant think of anymore really but you could probably search google for some answers..maybe wikipedia. whats this for? a project or something? hope i helped you. :]

  4. Sometimes it's just not the right time. I mean besides the obvious Stress, abuse (of any kind) In history pregnancies have overcome all kinds obstacles so really I simply say it just wasn't time.

  5. Most miscarriages happen because the fertilized egg in the uterus does not develop normally. A miscarriage is not  caused by stress, exercise, or s*x. In many cases, doctors don't know what caused the miscarriage.

Miscarriages can be caused by a fetal death due caused by a birth defect or genetic abnormalities. Some other causes are: the fetus did not implant itself into the womb lining properly, infection, physical problems experienced by the mother, hormones, and immune responses. A miscarriage may also occur if the mother is over 35 years of age, has diabetes, scleroderma, thyroid problems or smokes.

There are several categories of miscarriage causes:

    -Hormones

    -Chromosome Defects

-Physical Problem with the Uterus or Cervix

    -Immune Disorders

-Premature Rupture of Membranes and Early Labor

-Blighted Ovum, Ectopic Pregnancy, Molar Pregnancy, and Stillbirth

  6. They're are lots of different reasons

The fetus may not be securely attached to the womb

The fetus may not form correctly - die and then be expelled

The womb may have issues - mine wasn't formed correctly and I have had several miscarriages before they found the problem.

  7. i think those are the only 2 reasons

  8. bad luck.

it can happen and there be absolutely no reason for it, the baby just stops growing.
