If a man has a porno problem, nothing his wife does will have an effect on it.  

A real woman cannot compete with a false image who is always ready, never has a bad hair day, never has problems she needs his help to solve, never has PMS, never has a birthday, etc. etc.  Those men are tragically stunted emotionally.

When they realize that their men would rather live in an artificial fantasy world instead of enjoying what they have in real life, the women become disheartened and give up. They become depressed and figure, what's the point of trying? It's very sad.

I don't believe my husband ever had a p**n "problem". lol

I know he watched it, we watched it, but it was never a big issue.  I like to be s**y , but not to compete with p**n.  I do it because I am not the type of woman to let myself go, and I want to feel desirable.

I don't know what the answer is to the p**n problem.  More and more men seem to be dependent on it nowadays.  They seem to be becoming increasingly passive, and incapable of taking interest in a real woman (judging by what I read on Marriage and Divorce on here anyway).  In extreme cases, I would recommend chucking the computer out of the window.

They try to be "sexier" because they think that their husband has a p**n addiction because of something THEY (the wives) are doing or not doing when in reality pornography addiction has very little to do with the spouse.

As far as neglecting personal appearance goes...I don't know...I guess they just give up. Dealing with a partner with a p**n addiction is an extremely frusterating process. I have sympathy for any of the women or men who have to go through that.

Because of frustration.  If you can't win, why try?  This is why marriage is such BS.  When one side is not happy, they should just be able to leave without the penalty of giving up half their stuff.
