Question:

Why do women think that it's so unspeakably wrong for a man to breathe so much as a word about abortion?

Isn't saying that only women have a right to say whether or not abortion is wrong the same as saying that only rapists have the right to say whether or not rape is wrong?

  1. nevermind the fact that there would be no safe abortion without men.

  2. Yeah...I guess you could compare women and rapists. They are pretty similar.

  3. Well this is what amazes me.  I will not try to generalize but what I find confusing is women want to be treated like "Equals"  But aren't they just as restrictive when it comes to allowing a man to have an opinion on issues?  A little hypocritical I think

  4. American women are moistly insane with their historical microsecond of predominant influence.

  5. He dude like the American flag!

To answer your question I think some women think this way because they are having the babies that men can not tell them whether or not to have them.

I don't do that there is such thing as adoption.

  6. I think that that is an unfair generalization. Only some pro-choice women feel that way. Since I don't believe in abortion I don't care who voices their opinion about it.

  7. I think men are more than welcome to have an opinion on abortion. Everyone should have the freedom to have their own opinion. But some people may think men shouldn't have an opinion on it because they can't get pregnant.

  8. Women don't have a problem with this at all, anyone has a right to say whether they think it's correct or not. But ultimately it's the person who is carrying the foestus's choice.

  9. to be fair, generalising all women is a bit harsh. both sides should have a say in this matter, but then, it all comes down to particular circumstances and many other factors..

but at the end of the day, if a female decides to have an abortion, i think it should be up to her to decide, after all, shes the one who will be carrying the baby for 9 months and then after that as well.

if there's a caring partner, well thats a different story

  10. I think you are slightly generalizing and dramatizing the situation... I'm all for equal parenting rights and for men and women to reach equality, in all aspects, together.

oh and about the rapist part... I think you know better then to make an analogy that flawed. That's fine if you are against abortion, but why do anti-choice advocates have to go for the low blows? I don't view them as necessary.

  11. well... its very simple really.. its the womans body.. its her that goes through all the physical changes, and all the mood swings and most of the time its then her that has to look after that baby because most men aren't proper fathers and actually care for their babies... there are exceptions of course...

but its ultimately the womans decision.. a man should not say anything about abortion ever... its not his choice!!

    simple as that....
