Why do you Rebups believe McCain knew about the pregnancy?

He found out about it just before we did.  They hoped Gustav would be a Cat5 and the baby news would get lost in the hurricane news.  No way, McCain.  McCain just picked someone in a skirt and is trying to maker her our VP.  He didn't even vet her. It's actually insulting to all of us!

God bless her and the baby.  I truly mean that.  She had nothing to do with this and is now forced to deal with her pregnancy in the public eye.

It would be stupid to admit that you didn't know this... BUT they absolutely did not know this.  They would have never chosen her... or at the least, they would have brought the pregnancy up to control the issue.

He knew, his campaign came out and admitted that Palin told them twice before She was named as the running mate.  He stated it's not an issue and this has nothing to do with the campaign.  

I love this.  First Liberal bloggers claim that Governor Palins son is really her daughters son and there is a big conspiracy and a cover up.  But wait Gov. Palins daughter is five months pregnant and could not possibly be the mother and in fact the truth was told originally.  

LIBERAL BLOGGER: Quick come up with another conspiracy to distract from the fact that we shamefully attacked a loving family.  Oh I know "He (McCain) was completely blindsided by this. Where do you get your info?  When McCain's vetting committee called Sarah for the first interview, the first thing she said was that her child was pregnant.  

The think you have to think about is that Sarah's daughter made a mistake.

Obama mother got pregnant with Obama before she was married.

Why does it matter that the kid made a mistake and got knocked up, why blame conservatives for the things our kids learn as a direct result of liberal ideals and culture change. That's funny. The s*x that pervades our culture, media and schools are not conservative ideas. Back before most of us were born there was this sexual revolution thing that happened, and the after affects are that elicit s*x, pornographic desire, adultery and perversion in every form is now considered "normal". Even people who try to raise their kids right they are up against all this. We have a show in prime time

(central/mountain time zones) where orgies, swinging and drug use are glamorized. s*x and drug/alcohol abuse are glamorized by rock stars and celebrities, the list goes on and on. So how can liberals demonize this young girl for doing what they tell us is OK and normal?

I don't believe he knew and, for the first time, I am really questioning whether he is leaving so much of the decision making to others because he is showing signs of mild dementia. I have noticed increasing confusion, fidgeting hand movements, wooden body posture, inability to keep facts straight, and an inability to recall even personal information well known to him.

I did not believe the story about the down syndrome child really being the daughter's child but now I wonder. What better story to counteract those rumors than to say the daughter is 5 mos. pregnant? What proof are they offering? None.

Instead, they are saying "hands off". What if, after another month, she has a miscarriage of a fictitious child that never really existed? Problem solved. Extremely cynical thought, I realize, but politics has produced stranger scenarios in the past.

Well, I'm certainly not a Republican but I believe that. She wouldn't hide such a thing from McCain just a few weeks before the elections. Even Palin is not that dumb.

Because when she called her press conference to announce the pregnancy she said she told McCain when they met and he said it wouldn't be a problem. I'm not willing to call her a liar about that. Are you?
