OK well I am not a Aquarius but I surround myself with them a lot. Just come out and say how you feel, and if he is not feeling the same way he will say something funny or sarcastic and then you just roll with the punches, but the worst thing you can do is not tell them how you feel. They are not mind readers and often don't like to read in between the lines. Be blunt because dealing with this sign they sure will no matter what.

i know im a girl but i am an aquarius. im very shy and people who stand out from the crowd really get my attention. but i dont like it when people aren't themselves. be yourself around us! Aquarians tend to like to stick out. they dont like following tradition! Like if everyone is wearing black pants, we'll be the ones to wear grey(or somethin like that). we're into the outdoors (typically). we are generally open minded but if we know we like an idea we stick with it. we can sometimes a a bit of a temper (i admit i do) but recover quickly. we tend to stay on an itellectual level and aren't so intact with our feelings at times. it takes something out there to win our hearts. like on Valentines day, we may like if you give a handmade card instead of a bought one or funky present on our birthday! im big on romance and love it when people do little things like that. on my birthday my friends got me this funky mask. well hope i could be of some help! I did the same thing with my Aquarian for over a year. Finally I just took control and told him how I felt and how frustrating he was being. We've been together ever since. They like honesty. But they're too reserved to come out with things themselves. You usually have to make the move.

Sometimes Aquarius just needs some time to grow up.  I have found they respond to directness better and beating around the bush.
