Why do you come to the hockey section?

Why do you choose to come to the hockey section over or under some other sections next to your passion for hockey.... or wanting to delete a certain user... sigh

PS: I just got back from my cottage, that is why I haven't been on latley... so anything new

Hockey is my sport. I not only watch it I play it. I enjoy asking and answering questions about it. Helping someone learn about playing or equipment is always cool. I have also met some great people here as well. All the more reason to keep coming back.

Well i have a few interests. Sports(hockey, basketball, golf and squash) and Music.

The music section is boring.

Basketball section is just stupid trades

Not alot of ppl play squash so no1 here would be able to talk about it

No tiger. So im not interested in talking golf

I like Fantasy sports but theres not many fantasy sports going on

I come here because I have a house full of small kids and this gives me some adult conversation.  I usually learn something while I'm here.

For the last 3 days (today is 4) we've had a guy who thinks he's funny but he's just annoying.  Beware of any account that has a name and letter after it (e.g. Winston R, Duke G and many more, but they ALL follow this pattern.)  This guy has had about 15 different names since Monday!

oh, now we have a fool who has multiple accounts and keeps asking: "Why does hockey suck?" I only come to the hockey section. I come because most of the people here (especially regulars) are... unique and creative and they always seem to have all of the answers.

Before all this wrong section questions and trolling occurred (in the past couple of weeks) this is the most mature and focused section of them all.  If you go to any other section there are so many stupid questions or people who are obviously like 10 years old and trying to be funny.  The hockey section is one of the few where people actually exchange ideas fairly unbiasedly and have real conversations.  It seems to have the most passionate people and also the ones that will start the good conversations.

Because my house is filled with ppl who don't know the difference between a puck and ball and I need to talk with ppl who actually know about hockey.  

Plus, hockey is pretty much the best sport ever!!!

I liked coming here cause we had solid contributors but now we got trolls that are TRYING to ruin this section.Not gonna happen.When the season starts the regs from last season will come back and this section will be the best on YA.

Now can I get a "YAH HOCKEY!!"??
