  14. I use to consume tonnes of caffeine through tea. I decided to change to decaf a couple of years ago as i felt it'd be healthier. At the time I switched, I started having loads of headaches although energy wise I felt fine, so I obviously wasn't having any extra boosts from the caffeine I'd been drinking.

Although It took a few weeks for the headaches to subside, I must have been addicted to caffeine as I was craving cola drinks. I'm still drinking caffeine free tea, but from time to time I still crave cola, which I figured is the caffeine content I'm after.

  15. To get a sugar high
