Why do you eat Fast Food??

Well as a food junkie and a former fatso... I still eat fast food... so far up to date I've lost 130pounds an didn't give up on fast food... of course I did choose to not go for largest portions and added physical exercise to my routine, and of course i don't live mainly off of fast food (I love fruit and salad and veggies and whole grains... like i said I'm a food junkie!!!). But there is no way I'm going to give up fast food!!! It's good it's fast and it is convenient. For me I don't  eat it all the time but I do enjoy it quite often!!! Now every place has a "healthier" menu to help you eat better if that really concerns you!!! As for my friend Xtal... she likes fast food because it's like her fast, cheap and easy!!! Ha ha!!! Oh and just a personal opinion: I really Hate the guy that made Supersize me!!! Fast food doesn't make you fat it's your personal choices that do!!! I was working at a McDonalds at the time I started losing weight and I did supersize every now and then and still managed to lose 130 pounds!!! So in your face!!! Ha ha!!!
