Because it's a job I enjoy and it keeps me busy. So I won't get bored and just stay at home answering yahoo questions.

Because I meet the most interesting people while standing on that corner.

Because I know that it's one more day down until my retirement... although that's a few years off.  Then I'm going to do my dream job full time, instead of just part time...
