Why do you enjoy playing golf?

Why do you enjoy playing golf?

it will take away your trouble for the day.

As you standing on the tee box and ready to swing,

thinking to yourself that you're out on the PGA tour doing your own thing.

Its makes you cheer and sometime cuss, especially when 3 feet away and going for birdie putt, but the ball just lip out on the cup.

Its like a roller coster ride, you're up and down as you play from side to side. All of your emotions will come and there is nothing to hide.  From start to finish you will know that golf is fun and it will show.

Because the first time i saw Tiger at the PGA championship when i was 4...i came home , ran to my mom and said "momy i want to be just like tiger"

im 16 now and ive had the dream my hole life and i would never give it up...even if everybody told me i couldn't !!!

that is why i love it!

there is something about the sport, that when you hit that one sweet shot that it makes you feel so good, that you want to repeat it over and over.  Also, its fresh air, out doors, wild life, friends, cigars (ok, yes, that defeats the purpose of the fresh air, but still).  Its just a great game!

I find playing golf the most relaxing pastime I have ever tried.

There is nothing like it on an early morning to walk down a beautiful tree lined fairway with the sun starting to peek through the trees.  Some courses have beautiful backdrops of snow capped mountains and it just takes all my worries away for about 4-5 hours.

There is nothing as beautiful as a smooth swing that sends the small little white ball up into the blue sky and watching it settling down gently on the green.

Golf is a beautiful game where I am in control of every piece of action that I take.  Good contact, bad contact, skull shot, etc,  No one to blame except myself, It is important to learn to be responsible for all of your actions, and golf does that for you.  No pressure on you except whatever you want to accept.

I have a 730 am tee time tomorrow.

I find it fun because of how it is more challenging then other sports for me at least, and you have lots more shots then you do at bats in baseball or shots in soccer.

Well i find it funner ( i know its not a word) to go to a driving range but it requires concentration and if you get into it it can be a fun thing to play plus it makes you set goals for yourself

because you get to take your frustration out on the ball

or make it the cause of it

because every day is a diffrent game. One day you will shoot 80 or under, the next day over 100. And also the desire to beat your score every time. Unlike football.
