Why do you feel hot when it's 90 degrees outside when your body temperature is 98.6?

It just doesn't make sense to me.

  1. Warmer air can hold more moisture. The humidity gets higher and it feels hotter.

    Dessert dwellers will tell you  a dry hot is easier to take.

    We feel cooler when the sweat can evaporate off our skin. Tnher3e3fore, it is cooler in a drier climate or if it is windy.
