  2. That is the way a successful business is run.  As far as confidentiality is concerned, consider this twist on an old phrase.

    Give a man a fish, and he knows where to come to buy fish.  Teach a man to fish, and you've destroyed your customer base.

    Repeat custom is very important.

    Just remember every customer is a blabbermouth and will tell their friends, family, neighbours and the person they sit next to on the bus what great efficient and friendly service you provide.

  12. its great for returning business and it makes you feel good about doing a good job.  Word of mouth is the best recommendation for any business

  13. they would come back...they would sometimes show you respect....shows that you're mature and can be trusted to run a business...and you would want them to say nice things about you..you should communicate confidentially w/ customers b/c it shows you know what you are doing and if you communicate politey, that shows curtisy adn respect for customers(even the rude ones). politeness shows you have patience for the customer and will anser their questions the best way you can.
