Why do you feel there is sexism in the workplace?

Why is the racism? People fear what is different, people see the world and understand the world purely from their little world, when others are different we seem to automatically judge.

Actually, there is no sexism in my workplace.  However, I accept that a lot of work places contain the dynamic of sexism.  For sexism to be eliminated from every workplace, I believe that females across the nation should take a week sick leave at the same time. and let the guys function on their own.  The only way to display the value of females is for them to deny industry with their value.  It would work.
