  1. Two things: A warm bath or shower isn't warm and evaporation.

First, water at any temperature below a persons normal body temperature will cool a body quickly because water has a high specific heat and any heat transferred from the body to the water will eventually run down the drain.  A tiny cup, 227 grams, of coffee takes about 3525 Joules of energy to heat up.  The ~30 gallons used during a bath or shower can draw out a great deal of heat.

Second, the skin is wet when first coming out of a shower and the evaporation of that moisture takes a great deal of heat away from the body.  The energy required to change water from the liquid phase to the vapor phase is roughly 2300 Joules per gram so it only takes a few grams of water to reduce body temperature.  This method is so efficient at reducing temperature, it is why people sweat when they become hot.

  2. Water vaporizes continually in every condition of temperature. So does the water in your body. After a shower or a bath, your skin gets wet, and a big amount of water on your skin will vaporize and gain the heat of your body. Eventually, it makes your body cooler.

  3. evaporation.

Water on your skin evaporates. Each bit of water that evaporates draws a lot of heat from you body. So your body feels cooler.
